See you virtually and in-person in the Quad Cities in 2025!

We look forward to hosting you virtually on July 23 and in-person at the RiverCenter in Davenport, Iowa, on July 30-August 2. Our partner hotels are the neighboring DoubleTree by Hilton, Hotel Blackhawk, and The Current Iowa – a range of options for all preferences and budgets!

About RiverCenter

RiverCenter is midsize convention center located in downtown Davenport, IA. The entire center, which has two buildings connected by a skywalk over 3rd Street, will be our homebase!

Linked here is a virtual tour of RiverCenter to familiarize yourself with the venue. Here’s where activities will take place:

  • South Building Lower Concourse – registration and badge pickup, general sessions, lunch programs, morning coffees, Thursday afternoon reception, exhibits, posters, conversation stations, special activities, and general seating/workspace
  • South Building Upper Concourse – 2 session rooms and access to RiverCenter North/Hotel Blackhawk skywalk and RiverCenter Parking Garage/DoubleTree connector
  • North Building Second Floor – 2 session rooms (Ohio and Illinois), nursing room (Rock Island Room in Hotel Blackhawk), and additional session room (Davenport Room in Hotel Blackhawk)
  • North Building First Floor – general seating/workspace, Leadership Breakfast (Mississippi River Hall), and 2 session rooms (Wapsi-Des Moines Room and Missouri-Iowa Room)

Here are a few things we love about the Quad Cities bistate metro region (Illinois and Iowa):

  • 30+ museums working creatively and collaboratively to bring visitors and boost the economy!
  • The mighty Mississippi River is right at their front door!
  • Their arts and culture scene is thriving!
  • It’s a very easy and affordable location to visit! The Quad Cities are within a 3-5-hour drive of many cities in the Midwest – Chicago, Des Moines, Grand Rapids, Green Bay, Indianapolis, Kalamazoo, Kansas City, Madison, Milwaukee, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Omaha, Peoria, Rockford, Springfield (IL), and St. Louis. The airport is also known for being beautiful, clean, and easy to fly in and out of from hub cities.
